Conformity Assessment

GREEN CONSULTING provides consulting services in the sphere of technical regulations of medical devices. Our usual Clients are manufacturers of medical devices and/or their local representatives/distributors. 
We offer to our Clients following services: 
- arranging conformity assessment procedures according to Ukrainian technical rules/regulations: determining number of technical rules which are applicable to Client’s product, developing the most effective scenario of conformity assessment/certification, preparation of all necessary documents for initiation corresponding procedures, supporting the procedure stage by stage etc;
- authorized representative services (in Case if the Client is foreign company and doesn’t want to issue legislation documents to certain distributor): GC becomes a handler of legislation documents, acquires status of Client’s local representative company, provides communication with notification body, state medicine administration or any other state enforcements, provides after sale products supervision, supports tender procedures, provides custom communication etc. 
- smart promo events: we place products description on company’s website, provide collecting of customer’s request and redirect to Client or its distributor, inform Client regarding upcoming promo events/exhibitions which related with Clients products etc.
- we are also ready to provide for our Clients other related services in case of appearing any extra demand.
